I'm sure it couldn't hurt, I just don't see the need for a lot of that stuff. I know some people will get cramps from insulin so I'm guessing that's where the taurine and potassium come into play. I myself have not had this problem. Really you could just do carbs, but why not force massive amounts of creatine and bcaa's into your muscles as well?
