Dead lift 6 sets pyramided
Good mornings 4 sets pyramided
Single standing hamstring curls 4 sets pyramided
70 degree leg press 6 sets pyramided (16 plates max for 8 reps, around 400kgs)
Leg extensions 4 sets pyramided
Walking lunges/squats 4 sets

Weights took 60 mins plus 20 mins cardio
