i was more focused on injection frequency. testovis (we usually call it test p or test propiate) has an active life of 2 to 3 days, yet blood serum levels peak at 24 hours or so. therefore, if I were taking this form of testosterone, i'd be injecting daily.

i don't have sufficient information about your previous cycles to say if total test of 700mg/week is right for you. if this is in line with what you normally take, then you should be g2g.
the deca, at 200mg/week is about as small a dose as you can take and still realize a benefit. if you have never taken deca before, you can try this dose and see.

my advice around here is usually specific on you and your experience, and without data from you, i'm only guessing
