hey just started my cycle yesterday and i know i need to focus a lot more on diet , my current diet is as follows, unfortunally i just moved and havent unpacked my measuring cups, but i eat a normal size of food listed here i round it up to be a total of 26-2800 cals, i am on a cutting cycle while maintainig and building some LBM. any help would be great and be nice! haha thanks.
when i wake up: no explode 2 scoops, xtend scivation bcaa's
work out+cardio
meal 1
1 egg
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of oats
2 scoops of protein shake
meal 2
ground beef with green peppers 1 1/3 of a whole pepper.
meal 3
non at yogurt 1/2 cup
1% milk fat cottege cheese 1/2 cup this ishh is gross any ideas on what to mix it with??
1/4 cup of almonds
meal 4
4 drum sticks of skinless chicken/or skinless chicken filleys(2)
1 sweet potato
meal 5
1 normal size steak, 1 cup of broccoli
meal 6
2 egg whites
1 scoop of whey
1/4 cup of almonds.
my work out routine consist of 3 exercises per body part x 4 sets with heavy reps range between 6-10 repetitions.
mon= chest/tris/15 min cardio
tues= back/shoulds
wed= abs/core building/15 min cardio
thurs=leggs/biceps
firday=forearms/traps/lower back/cardio 15 min
sat+sun= days off
i am currently running 250mg/monday and 125thurs= 375mg/week for 12 weeks. stats are 182lbs 25 years old, 16%bf, 5'9"
thanks for any help.i know i am going to get issh for not having measurement of the foods but as stated above i dont have the toold to provide the exact amounts, but think of restaurant style portions lets say (texas road house) if that helps great.
