Protein looks low, ratios look off. Post it up in the diet section with macro's and they will tear you apart. It's hard to make an accurate assumption without out your macros though.
Usually gbrice is all over everyone's diet but he had a kid so I'm sure he has his hands full. I'll take a look tomorrow when i'm not half awake.
sounds good thanks, yeah i want to gain lbm but shed some fat at the same time, which is why i want to avoid to many carbs but i know they are essential to build muscle.and any idea if those vitamins are going to hurt me more than help me?
