Revised** test e + anavar

After doing some research I have come to the conclusion that starting with:

12 week cycle

Anavar x 4 pills a day at 12mg per pill= 48MG little low but ok
Test E at 500mg/per week
Milk Thistle 3 times a day at 1 tablespoon dont really need this
Nolavdex at 1 pill per day from beginning of cycle 20mg per pill why are you taking this thoughout?
.80mg of finasteride per day (been taking it for hairloss for several years)

Ai on hand, but I am not sure what amount to take??? what do you have? if you're running an ai you keep the nolva on hand..


For food:

Consume 3000+ calories a day
2 x quickmass weight gainer shakes per day Seems like your diet needs some work
Sleep 8 hours a day
Fish Oil, Multivitamins etc

Please let me know what you think, I spent hours researching and asking people and also asked some people who are bodybuilders for a living. Thanks

im 27, 150lbs, 170cms
I was told to take the Nolavdex throughtout. I do not have to?
For Ai I was thinking letro but not sure what amount?
I guess the diet may need some tweaking as well.
