    Yes, body weight minus the fat. Weigh yourself and get bodyfat tested. If your serious get it done hydostatic, because any other way over 25% is just not accurate

    Closest thing i could come to that sort of stuff is to buy some calipers and do it my self of step on my stupid bath scales that allegedly tells you BF and BD And Water etc but i would bet the farm on it that it would be acurate... made in china 40 bucks..

    They're no good to work out diets or accurate, but can be useful to measure progress if you know what I mean.
