Continious use can mean permanent shutdown. Could be secondary or primary hypogonadism.

If you do cruise, use HCG throughout, taking breaks every 12-14 weeks and every 12-14 months come OFF totally and run HCG, Clomid, Tamox for 3-4 weeks and then restart.

Always use an AI when ramping Test. You may or may not need an AI on HRT doses.

I'm at 750mg of test a week and not running an ai. I've always listened to ronnie r in respect to this.

Basically if your not getting gyno symptoms why bother? I have aromasin on hand and have been debating this.
