I think you missed the point. YOU don't name it! your partner adopts it and names it. one day, you just notice she's calling your wanker something, and sometimes openly talks about it in public, although she's using her pet name for it.

We named several of BrownGirls parts after the "Golden Girls". We have Dorthy, Rose, Sophia, and Blanche. I have Axel, Rufus, and Hollywood. Yeah....we're an odd couple.
