I don't what pinning protocol you would be able to run GH or peptides and get any benefit out of it without having constantly elevated IGF-1 levels. Even at doses of 4iu plasma IGF-1 levels are still extremely elevated 12 hrs after GH administration and don't return to baseline until 24 hrs and beyond. IM injections will cause GH to clear your body faster and cause IGF to peak slightly sooner but it will have very little effect on how long your blood concentration of IGF-1 is elevated.

Basically, if you take your GH everyday then your IGF-1 levels will be constantly elevated.

That's just it, I won't pin over 2iu at one given time and I don't pin GH everyday. Yes clearing time on an IM injection is much quicker, but I was under the assumption that igf-1 levels return back to normal much quicker with this pinning protocol...I will have to do some more research on this matter.
