And how big of a change is that from how you usually eat?

40/40/20 ensures you're getting plenty of each macro, provided you didn't severely miscalculate calories. How is your strength and energy throughout the day? Do u feel depressed certain times of day more than others? How are you sleeping?

before the cut i was bulking, and was +500 over maintenance. sleep wise, i goto bed between 10-11pm and wake up at 7-7:30am sometimes during the night depending if i have to goto the bathroom. if that occurs its usually at 3-4am.

strength wise. im pretty much the same as during the bulk, maybe alittle less if i stay in the 12-15 rep range, or push more weight than during the bulk if i stick in the 8-10 range.

i dont know if my sodium or potassium is depleted because yesterday i couldnt even get a pump in my chest or triceps. physically it was difficult to do the movement like usual, but no pump, if that makes sense?

That amount of water is gonna flush ALOT of stuff from your body. Can you consider maybe even halving the amount?
