    methyltrienolone cycle help

    Stats

    Age: 24
    Weight: 200 lbs
    B/F: 15%ish
    Years Training: 6 years on and off
    Bench: 235 max - 185x8
    Squat: 405 max - 275x10

    Previous AAS experience:
    -1x 10 week cycle of dbol and test E (arimidex .25 mg every second day with clomid/nolva pct (150/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20)
    -1x 4 week M1T cycle (PCT nolvadex 40/40/20/20 + Trib + milkthistle on and off cycle)



    The dilemma

    I've done alot of research on methyltrienolone and realize the toxicity.. But have taken phenominal care of myself and my liver throughout my whole life.. I dont drink or smoke, and dont plan on starting..

    Im looking for help regarding this cycle as far as diets go and what a recomended pct would be...

    I plan on 3-4 weeks of .5 mg 2x times daily taking milk thistle throughout the duration and 4 weeks afterwards as well.

    Planned PCT - Trib + nolvadex (40/40/20/20) + clomid (150/100/50/50) + milk thistle

    My diet is as follows

    Breakfast
    8 eggwhites (raw or cooked) + bowl of oatmeal (real oatmeal no sugar or sweetner with a bit of cinimon) + whey shake

    3 Hours after Bfast
    Tuna salad with Extra virgin olive oil and low fat italian dressing

    3 Hours later
    2 oz almonds + whey shake

    3 Hours later (pre-workout)
    1x Large sweet potato
    1x 9 oz chicken breast

    Post workout shake
    1 cup frozen berries OR banana and grape juice with ISOLATE whey, creatine, fiber supplement, glutamine.

    Post workout meal (2 hours after PWO shake)
    1 large chicken breast
    1 cup of brown rice
    Brussel sprouts or brocolli

    3 hours after PWO meal
    0% fat cottage cheese + whey protein shake





    I plan on drinking about 3 L of water daily, take omega 3,6,9 and a multivitamin daily...

    I also plan on using arimidex .25 mg every 2nd day on this cycle..

    that compound is a bit of a taboo around here and VERY dangerous, personally if i was to ever consider using it i would base it on extensive research and not on the opinions of some people who may or may not know what they are talking about, there are many logs of people running it out there i suggest you google them and start there but i would advise you NOT to run this compound

    This is the oral version of Tren. As if Tren wasn't dangerous enough, you now have an oral version of it which will be even more taxing on the liver. Have you already purchased this? If not, I would personally recommend staying far away from it. If you do take it, you will need to stack it with test, just as you would have to stack tren with test. And you will need to be able to have bloodwork done on a regular basis to ensure that you don't seriously hurt yourself. If you've performed a lot of research on this as you say you have, I just have to ask, why are you even considering it?

    There are sites and logs that show it being dangerous but many trusted sources ans sites saying its a phenominal productthat allows phenominal results... Yes i have already purchased this product.. How would i go abouts having blood work done? Any doctor? What should i be looking for? Why would it have to be stacked with test?

    yes sources will say anything to get your money they are businesses at end of day and have no concern for your health, this compound is used by advanced bb ers and top level strenght athlethes and is not necessary for your goals, try a simple test/deca/dbol or prop/var cycle it is more suited to your needs

    Ive would never trust what my seller would tell me regardless... I strictly made my decision based upon profiles of this steroid and how powerful it is, i also like the idea of seekping a cycle short with great results, ive taken m1t before with little to no side and flawless permanent results... M1t is frowned upon too..

    im sure some will chime in soon but you will get same answer as before, if your just waiting on someone to say yeah thats a great idea go do that, then why are you here asking in first place, its dangerous for anybody to run and down right stupid for someone with your stats, experience and cycle history or should i say lack there of

    15% bodyfat its not aas you need its good diet and cardio because its clear one of the before mentioned are lacking, get down to 10-12% and then run a lean bulk with something such as prop and then you meet your goals SAFELY and you will look and feel better than any 4 week oral tren cycle could ever do, yes its very strong but its NOT magic and wont compensate for areas in your training/diet/lifestyle which are lacking and holding you back

    just because that is diet posted, dosnt mean there isnt something thrown in to throw off macros and if it isnt that then you need up your cardio, with dropping bodyfat you could have same amount of lbm but it actually looks like you have alot more because you can actually see the definition and you will start seeing muscles that you couldnt before such as serratus anterior and delts look alot better also, teres major and minor in back look more prominent and generally better overall look, and thats without going into abs and obliques, and thats is more a cutting or maintenence diet i would quickly estimate somewhere between 1800 and 2200 cals there and if you goal is to lean bulk you need to up carbs,cals and be in a calorie surplus for your tdee

    K so The main reason I wanted to run the methyltrienolone is because Im leaving for jamaica april 1st and want to have a kill beach bod.. thats why the ideal shorter cycle seems to be the best bet just because I would have a month to cycle.. and a month for PCT and look fantastic on the beach.. what can I do in this 2 and a half month period to achieve these results? Would you even use AAS? Because injectables are out of the question simply because I wouldnt have enough time to run the cycle and use a pct while im gone for 5 days in jamaica.

    When is the best time to do cardio? fasted morning cardio with only a shake in me? then start carbs after HIIT cardio?

    stick with same diet, mabey try change the final whey shake to a casein or even blend such as myofusin, fasted am cardio 3-4x weekly and hiit cardio 3-4x weekly, and possibly some clen final two weeks or even for the entire 4 weeks using keto alongside it, no shake in am, bcaa's if you want to use anything, im glad you have seen sense and if you follow this protocol im confident you will be happy with the results even in this short space of time

    because to put it simply, tren will shut you down and you need test to compensate for this, otherwise you have severe low test symptoms such as limp dick, no energy, and you gains will severely suffer due to this

    What is Keto? And After fasted cardio "dont" have a whey shake? Just the eggwhites and some oatmeal and BCAAs?

    for 4 weeks? you may see a slight effect from it depending on dosage but if it was me no i would use clen final 2 weeks before i left

    no fasted means empty stomach so no egg whites and defo no oats as this totally defeats the purpose, bcaa's are used to prevent catabolism but personally i dont bother with them but you can use them if you choose but ONLY bcaa's, if you are asking what keto is then you dont have time to do necessary research and would be best to use clen for final 2 weeks before holiday, and sorry i think i may of misread, after your FASTED i.e. empty stomach cardio, yes by all means have a shake, egg whites and oats just not before the cardio

    and 100-160 mcg clen daily for 2 weeks? What PCT is required for clen any?

    it is used to prevent beta 2 receptors from becoming de-sensitivised from the clen which happens generally after 2 weeks, it is generally not needed as clen can be cycled 2 week on/off which is quite effective in itself, and im glad i could help and stop you from possibly doing serious harm to yourself, i dont think you fully realised the risks in oral tren, it is not something to be taken lightly and personally i wouldnt touch it

    nope stick religiously to your diet and plenty of water and possibly couple grams of taurine per day but for a 2 week run id say you will be fine
