Previous AAS experience:
-1x 10 week cycle of dbol and test E (arimidex .25 mg every second day with clomid/nolva pct (150/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20)
-1x 4 week M1T cycle (PCT nolvadex 40/40/20/20 + Trib + milkthistle on and off cycle)
The dilemma
I've done alot of research on methyltrienolone and realize the toxicity.. But have taken phenominal care of myself and my liver throughout my whole life.. I dont drink or smoke, and dont plan on starting..
Im looking for help regarding this cycle as far as diets go and what a recomended pct would be...
I plan on 3-4 weeks of .5 mg 2x times daily taking milk thistle throughout the duration and 4 weeks afterwards as well.
Planned PCT - Trib + nolvadex (40/40/20/20) + clomid (150/100/50/50) + milk thistle
My diet is as follows
Breakfast
8 eggwhites (raw or cooked) + bowl of oatmeal (real oatmeal no sugar or sweetner with a bit of cinimon) + whey shake
3 Hours after Bfast
Tuna salad with Extra virgin olive oil and low fat italian dressing
3 Hours later
2 oz almonds + whey shake
3 Hours later (pre-workout)
1x Large sweet potato
1x 9 oz chicken breast
Post workout shake
1 cup frozen berries OR banana and grape juice with ISOLATE whey, creatine, fiber supplement, glutamine.
Post workout meal (2 hours after PWO shake)
1 large chicken breast
1 cup of brown rice
Brussel sprouts or brocolli
3 hours after PWO meal
0% fat cottage cheese + whey protein shake
I plan on drinking about 3 L of water daily, take omega 3,6,9 and a multivitamin daily...
