Looks like I will perform more cardio and definatelly keep a good diet. I will still work out hard for 1 hour like my normal routine, but definatelly add cardio in my daily routine. Maybe take some fat burner pills to help out. Will work hard so i can ask you guys soon about starting my first cycle. What bf% you think i should be at, when i chat with you guys again on the forum to start my cycle.
