Interesting approach jimmy. I personally frontload just for the sake of my own impatience, as I want to get some noticeable gains right off the bat, and then of course spend the next 8-12 weeks doing it slow and steady, relatively speaking of course. How does your method work for you though? Do you do this to surpass the eight-week plateau? Do you have an easy-enough time maintaining these last week gains? And are you cruising & blasting or do you take time off after you've finished your PCT?
