I play afl bro, when pre season starts, I'll be gyming it 4-5times a week, and afl training 3times a week, that's not including a game on the weekend! I burn so many cals it's ridiculous!! Its So hard to put weight on, let alone keep it all year! I had the rice at meal 4 today!
