Now im at 193. I want to be 185. Same exercises, less eating (healthy eating though)

I've come down from all the gear (cycles and TRT) for the first time in years. I just wanted to see what it would feel like. A few mood swings. Less energy, way less libido. Libido is the most noticable effect of the stuff. I came down because I simply couldn't afford to do any of it anymore. Doctors, labs and prescriptions are expensive.

After using that stuff for years, I can say there is no substitute for hard work. Hard work alone can achieve more results than tons of gear without the hard work in the gym.

I can also say that Test does not cut a person. It is quite the opposite. Test adds fat.

I've been off everything for a month now and I'm going to wait a bit longer to check my test levels at the lab. It should be interesting

This couldn't be further from the truth. Testosterone adds muscle. Food adds fat. Your diet and exercise are the key factors in determining what test does for you, but for me test has always proven to help burn fat. You definitely have some research to do my friend.

Test increases hunger and causes bloat. Test does not help with cuts.

Test is not terribly effective in increasing hunger in itself. I wish it were. And it's the aromotizing to estrogen that causes bloating, not testosterone itself, which is controlled with an AI. Different esters of test and different doses of test lead to different levels of aromatizing. And Testosterone certainly can aid in cutting, because it enhances one's ability to exercise. This is determined by how you eat and workout. You will see many people running cutting cycles that use testosterone as the backbone of that cycle. Perhaps you got fat while using testosterone, but if so that was only because of an inadequate diet, or you simply confusing water retention with fat.

Again, you have much to learn.

Test has a different effect on different people. It dramatically increased my hunger.

Yes, bloat is an effect of using testosterone. AI's work for people and don't work for others. AI's have different effects on different people.

Test E or Cyp is foundation of most cycles. Anabolic agents are not available at Walgreens and most endo's won't prescribe them for TRT anyhow.

Water retention is an effect of using testosterone which can take away a person's cuts. A person going into a cycle with a 6-pack could easily lose it. I didn't train abs which I noted in some of my other posts.

Bloat is not fat. It is water retention. Huge difference. I've never noticed any increased appetite from testosterone.

    I'm at 190 now.

After being on TRT for three years, I came down because I didn't have any money to stay on it. I waited two months and had my test levels checked. My levels are currently where they were at before I ever started. I was expecting my levels to be less. That is pretty cool.

When I have some money again, I want to try that new 1.62% Androgel. Prior to this new gel, you would have to go to a pharamcy that creates their own formulas for anything over 1%. I think something like 1 out of every 10 Walgreens has this availability.

PCT done right works. And my natty levels are bottom of the barrel. That is why I use TRT. Might try jump starting my test to higher levels with HCG.

I agree. If nothing else were factored in, just adding additional muscle would raise your BMR and cause you to lose fat on the same number of calories. But beyond that, I do believe fat gains and loss are tied to hormonal issues. Testosterone at high doses especially seems to cause me to lean out. By high doses I mean over 2 grams. I don't run gear that high anymore. Getting to old for that shit.
