im 21 but when i was training hard in high school i was smoking and training.. ha i would do the whole "light up a cig" routine too post workout.. now back then i wasnt doing cardio but im pretty sure the smoking and not doing cardio were related..
i just started training again for the first time in a couple years and i dont smoke anymore and i swear my lifts and cardio sessions feel cleaner i would say.. i dont think one should smoke and train/ cardio.. theres just no point
