I agree that fish is great for you, but i dont buy into eating a lot of it will hinder your diet. I have had friends eat nothing but fish on their diets and lost a ton of weight. One friend, who actually only ate salmon. To get fat from fish, or increase bf%, you're talking a shit load of fish. There are downsides to eating anything in excess.
