    I agree that fish is great for you, but i dont buy into eating a lot of it will hinder your diet. I have had friends eat nothing but fish on their diets and lost a ton of weight. One friend, who actually only ate salmon. To get fat from fish, or increase bf%, you're talking a shit load of fish. There are downsides to eating anything in excess. You probably would get sick from it before you would start putting on weight.

    ANYTHING can hinder your diet...Doesn't matter if it is healthy or not...........If you ate 100 lbs of chicken breasts a day it would hinder your diet....Why? Too many calories, it's just common sense
