Just started cycle and appetite disappeared

I've researched for months before I started my first cycle on saturday.

Here's the cycle:
Week 1-4 Dbol 20mg/day split
Week 1-10 Test E 250mg E3.5D
PCT: Nolva 20/20/10/10 and will maybe add aromasin too

Anyways, I started the Test E on saturday, and the dbol on Monday. Monday and yesterday I was extremely tired all the time, and lost my appetite. I've been reading around and said dbol can do that to some people. Today I did not take the dbol but my appetite still suffers. I don't want to continue on a substance that will kill my appetite.

-If I stop, will I be minorly shut down until the test kicks in at week 4 or 5? My balls started to ache at the end of the second day of dbol (last night) which may be my natural test starting to shut down already.

-Should I continue the dbol hoping the effect reverses? I'm just worried that if I dont eat enough I'm going to bloat and wont make any real gains.

I will also order some GHRP-6 for the appetite.
