Exactly. Before accutane I was embarrassed to take my shirt off in public since the age of 14 due to acne. You have painful zits that do not look good at all. Years of trying antibiotics, tanning, dish soap, and anything else you have ever heard of to get rid of acne. Nothing worked. Accutane was amazing and other than the occasional zit i am clear. It is a big difference from having 100 or so on your back some being large postules
