So mr car man, i have a question:

I have an old car that i use to get to work and back. Its a 1989 ford telstar 2.2 L turbo. It keeps blowing the coil for the distributor. A new coil costs around $100. So i cbf keep buying them over and over. Im probably going to get rid of it anyway. But is there any obvious reason it would keep blowing the coil up?

Improperly installing the connections in correct position. Moisture connstant on and around the coil plug cap . if the plug wire cap is worn out and their is sufficient moisture, it will create a short in the electrical spark detonating from the coil, thus causing the coil to basically burn itself out over a period of time. Best to check your plug wires for cracks, tears, and damage when changing the engine oil.

I thought about this thread today. I have a friend who constantly rants about gay guys. He's on the younger side and still in the "insecure; I hate everyone " phase. Anyway- I finally got fed up in the car and nailed him with this:

Just an update mate

Got the car fixed. The dizzy cap was burnt out and not making much contact. So I got a new one and all working again. But I think that the cap being dodgy could have caused the coil to blow up.

Background:

Iv seen this guy looking at me a few times in the gym not smiling or looking me up and down iv just noticed him looking. Anyway today he walks past me and just randomly says my hair looks nice. I said thanks but I was thinking to myself wtf! Because iv never spoken to him. Then about ten minutes later he comes up to me again and says to me "you're outfit is so co-ordinated today", I reply "what does that mean?" and he says "it's all so designer". I didn't even get a chance to say something because I didn't understand what he meant? Lol Then he just walked off. I think I made it worse because after that I had the feeling he was looking at me so I kept looking to see if he was (for some stupid reason) and I made eye contact with him a few times. Lol
