run test for 12 weeks, keep tren until you are more experienced
unless you have a min of 3 gram of var its pointless running it and your bodyfat is too high to experience the full effects of it, you will experience mild strenght increase at most
tren it is not necessary for a cycle with your current stats and could easily do more harm than good
tweak your diet and get an a.i and pct in order and you should be very happy with results from cycle
