Hmm got yourself a situation there.. you could:
1) Rip the tag out and say you received them in error..
2) say you ordered them for your wife n they got the ship to address mixed up.. instead of delivering to your wife, they accidently sent them to your work (you used a work cc, hense she won't see it on your personal cc statement n they delivered to the "bill to" address"
Whatever you do, do not let the co-workers tell her first, you'll automatically look guilty. (unless you go with option 2. then if they say something before you give em to her, act like they ruined your suprise)
