Test E is still active in your system for 14 days after last pin, so yes 10 days is technically too soon. I believe I stated 21 days before and i was incorrect. Were only talking about a few days here, (10 days-14 days) no biggie, but as the others said if you stop taking an ai before test stops aromatizing, your gonna elevate E2. You took your ai for only 7 days past your last test pin, should have been for another week.

Real small nit-picks here ufc, because for the most part you look good. As MR10X said, wait another month for a more accurate off cycle reading.

It seems difficult for me to find consistent answers as to how long different esters stick around. When I do searches through Google, I see numbers that are close but always slightly different. Does anyone have a reliable source that lists active life, half life, and time to clear the system for all of the esters?

There is too much put into what day you should start your PCT when the most important thing is how much test is still in your system when you start PCT.The more test you use the longer it will take to get out of your system.if you use 750mg of test a week you will have more in your system 14 days after your last shot that you will if you use 300mg a week,so you could wait longer to start your PCT with the 750mg a week .You could start your PCT the day after your last shot if you want to,it wont hurt a thing you would just have to do your PCT longer.

Thanks Mr, that makes a lot of sense. It also adds some logic to tapering down at the very end of a cycle, no?

no, this is what old school bodybuilders did back when pct was unheard of. increase dose for consistent gains as per william llewelyn.

Honestly most of my AAS knowledge comes from the stickys here, theres one in the pct forum for active life. Id trust the vets here vs. random google info.

Even the educational thread does nothing more than list the information that pops up on Google everytime I search. I'm just going to sit down and do the math and stop being lazy.
