There was a time when I would have said probably but the more I read on real world hypogonadism upon cessation the more pessimistic I have become. The length of time it takes to restore everything to normal levels can be 4-6 months even under a great PCT protocol. There is a reason so many people do a few cycles then go on cruise dosages forever. I tend to agree with Bear on this one. For what the OP wants to accomplish it just isnt worth it IMHO. At best he is back to where he started 8 weeks after cessation and at worse he is worse off 4 months from now.

Could you elaborate on this a bit more please. If I understand you correctly after doing a few cycles are you saying you permantley need to be on HRT for your life?

This is very eye-opening. I'm trying to find a source for A Question of Muscle. Amazon is out of stock but it's bound to turn up somewhere. I'm very interested in obtaining a level of knowledge close to your own, so I read clinical journal after journal. There's just so much information out there, and so much more yet to be discovered. And I appreciate your honest approach to what is "written on forums".

Over the past twelve years I have done 1-2 cycles per year, never more than two, and up until after my last cycle I have never felt a decline in libido or sexual desire. But of course I am 35 now, and I also feel that the last PCT was inadequate. At any rate, my up and coming PCT will be fairly aggressive and this cycle will also have had HCG run alongside it for the first time (I've only ever used HCG as PCT in the past). Bloodwork performed over the past years has always come back outstanding, but I know it's only a matter of time, so we'll see what happens after this cycle. Thanks again for your time.
