    Razr, were you reading on the forum when Tmos was here? I was only here for like a month when all of that happened. He helped me get some ideas together when I was in need of getting my HRT program dialed in. Tmos and Marcus were kind of the two main guys that really got me going at this place.

    I joined in Dec 2011.. I read the forums before that, but I never knew Tmos. He seemed like a great guy who really liked this place and loved you guys..I wish I had known him. It was not till after I joined that I learned of his passing..rip

    Im in the same boat...I had to increase too two workouts and cardio sessions a day to get my hunger to increase and go to heavier weights..
    My buddy told me a trick that he used and he had to train to increase his appetite...he would go to the pancake house twice a week and eat as many as he could like 10-12 pancakes..then drink water after that to make it expand..he said he was miserable the the rest of the day but it expanded his stomach big time. I have not tried it yet but he used to compete so Im inclined to believe him
