You're not getting it. You know how most of these guys with massive physiques get that big? They plan out each meal they eat down the all the macros. What you should do right now is for tomorrow and the next couple days log everything you eat when you eat it. Keep track of the portions and what not. Don't do anything out of the ordinary and then go online and figure out the calories, grams of protein, carbs and fats from it all. Then post it in the diet section. People can start giving you suggestions to modify what you're currently eating in to a better diet that will support your gains.
