Thread: 1st Anadrol Cycle

    I have been training pretty hard, but sort of reached a plateau and was hoping i could get a little boost with the drol. I didnt want to start a real cycle with it, but more of a little boost. I will consider your advice, I am an ectomorph, so all the gains i got came with hard work. I started weightlifting at 114 pounds and within about 5 years i reached 160 pounds. I only gained about 5 solid pounds on my dbol cycle( which was only 4 weeks), so i dont attribute my gains to aas.

    Have you researched the slingshot training meathod, or headed over to the workout sections or diet sections..diet and training is 90% of the process.
    You didn't gain anything on the dbol because you did not run it right, too young and didnt eat enough and did not have a solid base to build on 5-7+ years of training and dieting
