I will consider your advice, I am an ectomorph, so all the gains i got came with hard work. I started weightlifting at 114 pounds and within about 5 years i reached 160 pounds. I only gained about 5 solid pounds on my dbol cycle( which was only 4 weeks), so i dont attribute my gains to aas.
