Looking back at my family relatives, i think i have some of the worst genetics for bodybuilding..
I try not to use this as an excuse though, I'm 18 years old been training for about a year now, and have gained size in chest, shoulders, back, legs and only a tiny bit in arms!!
I do compund exercises for arms like chin - ups and dips, and have progressed in those exercises massivley increasing reps and adding weight but arms still have no thickness or great size
I'm 172cm tall, 72kg and arms are only 12".
Please any advice or ideas for building my arms are appreciated!
Compared to the rest of my body, my arms are growing at a much slower rate and is starting to become noticeble.
