1) Arms -I do tris and bis and forearms on the same day.....an incredible feeling to have all three swollen at the same time
2)Chest-Just something about hitting this muscle after a weekend off....to start the week off right
3)Shoulders-Love em also
4)Back-not a favorite of mine cuz it makes me winded
5)Legs-Hate em........Worst feeling in the world.....feel like im gonna vomit half the time or pass out........
