Back in the gym this week for the first time in two and a bit months. What amazed me was I didn't really loose much size or strength from my time off. I thought I would be piss poor weak. Managed to flat bb without a spot 210lb's for 3 reps which I couldn't believe to be honest. And did back tonight, and my deadlifts felt stronger than ever and actually enjoyed them for the first time a long time.
Gald to be back also, and doing some cardio too.
