I could be wrong on this....but I dont think their is such a thing as spot reduction..............I hear the best way to drop a few pounds is to do your cardio 1st thing in the morning before eating breakfast. Do at least 30 to 45 minutes depending on how quick you wanna lose it 5 days a week...............
