    Is a mild pH really that bad??

    Hey guys what's up, i've been lurking around this forum for a long time and just joined today.
    I'm 19, been training for a year, 5'10, about 155 lbs. Down from 170 3 months ago.

    I have pretty good bb genetics i would say, I gain and lose weight easily, the only problem is that nearly all of my fat gets stored in my stomach

    I'm just looking for that extra edge to really help me shred up and bring out those abs, because I have to cut to extremely low body fat to get that fat gone and at that point i'd be weighing around 140ish (**** that). Now that doesn't mean that i'm dead set on taking a pH before proper age, but it is something that I have looked into

    Basically the point of this thread is to ask is taking a mild pH like H-drol at 19 really that bad for you?

    don't **** with your hormones and put your hpta and endocrine at risk at 19 bro. research the words in bold much much more and when you're 25 AAS > ph imo in terms of both gains and sides. good luck

    besides that youre still way too light and have alot of gaining you could do naturally. make a food journal. weigh yourself once a week. increase calories until you're gaining 2-3lbs a week. the bigger you get the mroe you'll have to increase. if you're serious about bodybuilding it's time to start making journals for food and training especially. without this information youll have no idea what your body needs or if what you're dooing is even working.

    I would not advise it.
    Even the Hdrol itself doesn't damage your HPTA (not saying it won't), the following cycles stand a good chance to cause issues. And yes, there are always following cycles...

    If you want to get shredded, you should hit the diet section. You're not going to get the results you want from a PH cycle anyways.

    look up cardio thats specific to losing body fat, i take a 45 minute walk twice a day making sure my heart rate sits between 130-140 but HIIT is also effective at getting rid of unwanted fat.
    Alter your diet also.
