I have pretty good bb genetics i would say, I gain and lose weight easily, the only problem is that nearly all of my fat gets stored in my stomach
I'm just looking for that extra edge to really help me shred up and bring out those abs, because I have to cut to extremely low body fat to get that fat gone and at that point i'd be weighing around 140ish (**** that). Now that doesn't mean that i'm dead set on taking a pH before proper age, but it is something that I have looked into
Basically the point of this thread is to ask is taking a mild pH like H-drol at 19 really that bad for you?
