23/200/been training on and off for 6years but consistently for 2 um current diet, breakfast 5eegswhites a cup of oatmeal midmorning snack brownrice chickenbreast lunch brocolli or asparagus brownriche chicken preworkout wheyprotein and oats post workout wheyprotein dinner steak or chicken or fish and vegetables and so on not guna post everything but along those lines
