Thought everyone would like to know got up this morning dosed my stane at 12.5 again and the sensitivity is nearly gone....

Yeah keep going the way you are, some symptoms of low estrogen are sore joints, lack of lidido,energy,strenght, general shitty mood so if you experience any of the above then cut the dosage back down, pain in the ass i know but once you find that sweet spot then life becomes so much simpler lol
