Oat meal with cereal in the morning. Then a 90 calorie snack bar. 2 tuna water based with letus. Same snack bar again. Then 2 chicken breast from el pollo loco. A snack bar. Protein shake gym then shake. I am eating every 2 to 3 hrs. I am using the muscle feast protein with no flavor to avoid sugars.
