Although this is my first time posting here I have been on this site for a couple of months just reading threads and trying to become more educated, anyway thats beside the point I am posting because I have a couple of questions about a clen cycle. I have read a bunch of threads about clen cycles but there is just so much info and so much of it is conflicting that I dont really know what to take from it.
From what I've gathered is that clen is most effectively run at 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. During the off weeks are you supposed to take "keto" and if so how much and how often. What supplements or anything do you need to run clen most effectively and can someone help me out with the dosage.
I know these are all beginner questions but like I said I am new here and I have never taken any supplements or anything else besides protein. I am 21 years old, 5' 11" 190 pounds with 12% body fat and I have been working out consistently for the past 8 years. Ill also be getting the liquiclen from arr as I dont really have any sources outside of the internet. Any help would be appreciated.
