I read multiple studies where it says the body can't consume more than 20 g of protein in one sitting... Don't ask me to pull out the studies. Anyways, why would I lie? I also used to think that getting two scoops of protein was key. I'm down to one (20 g) and it works perfect. Of course if you're on a cycle you could take more since the body metabolizes more protein when it has an increased testosterone level.
