    Thx, but i don't believe you can make your bone thicker though! wish i did :/, i know that under stress your bones take on microscopic fractures that heal over time but 240% is a bit ridiculous IMO .. i have done research in to this and had asked my Doctor when I was younger and your bones will only grow in leanth from the plates and not in diameter, but the microscopic fractures in theory would ad size to them...

    but working out is proven to increase bone density, maybe up to 240%? but not diameter.. or you would look really ****ed up lol

    old school muay thai, being hit in shins with bamboo or kicking wooden posts to cause microfractures and its fvcking painful

    Haha, my hands are pretty brutal and calloused, also 3 boxer fractures to the 5th metacarpals 2 on the left hand one on my right hand, lol there's some bone density.
