i know its their lifestyle/diet/drugs etc but could someone put in writing on how much of everything they have to do/take to get like that ( i know not anyone can get like that as i know its also down to genetics etc & there are very few out there that could possibly come close to getting that size like my self)
like what would their cycles be like, dosage wise etc
they must have one hell of a crazy diet !!! & how long and often would then really train for ???
