he was definately coaching him on how to gain weight. had my son come over and discretely lissten also. he was definately telling him what to eat. see, they both looked like they were about 20, so it was obviously the blind leading the blind.
and some of you gym vets are probably used to this. but i've always been a backyard gym guy, until a few months ago, so the public gym thing for me is a new experience.
Boy TR are you ever in for a treat. You just got a very small sample of what you overheard. Your gonna hear crap from people in there that well there's no way you can't respond cause it's going to be so out there that you can't stay silent. So be prepared. The ones I hear the most are from kids about doing steroids, how to do them as they see fit. That you don't need any pct that those are all lies and how you can stay on juice year round without any problems at all. Yeah your gonna hear it all in there. So get ready.

It sucks that kid is paying good money for that misinformation, but he'll learn the hard way. I don't know about you, but so many people with good intentions have given me bad advice over the years. I would've probably told that kid that he should spend his money on a better trainer. Once that kid puts this misinformation to habit, it's really going to be difficult to change.
They really should make a website directory/review of trainers and what gyms/studios they work out of along with contact information. It'd be easier to check out what kind of reputation these trainers have.
