Thanks DGHGM. I'll change the anavar to 20mg. The reason I'm running test for 14 weeks is because deca stays in your system for 3 weeks, so I can't start PCT till 3 weeks after the last shot, and I don't want to not have test in my system.

The enanthate and decanoate esters half life's are quite similar. You would need to wait 18 days afte your last test shot before you start PCT. Do a bit more research and put the cycle on hold for a bit bra. Just read your stats, you wanna put some size on before you start with AAS irrespective of your age. It wouldn't matter if you were 30, with those stats you have room for improvement before you start using AAS.

If your body fat is genuinely that low you could bulk for some time before your bodyfat becomes unacceptable. Post your diet on here so it can be critiqued, it will be well worth it. When bulking I do fortnightly bioscans to keep an eye on BF% among other things. I won't bulk for a time as such but until I hit say 16%, then I'll cut. Each time I finish cutting my lean muscle mass is a little higher than last time. And this is natural too, this year will be my first course in years.

Get your diet on point, get your training on point, you'll gain 20lbs over the next 2 years and be in a far better place to start cycling and your knowledge base will be far better too. Right now it appears a little thin. I know you'll do what you want but this is advice garnered from years of experience bra, and there are guys on here with far more experience than me and you'll hear exactly the same from them.

The only problem is that whenever I do do that, my 8-pack starts to disappear, and I end up just ending the bulking phase. I have friends my age that have gone from an athletic build like mine to a muscular/ripped look in a couple of months, without the bloating. I just wish I can figure out how to do it myself. Why is it better to gain it in 2 years than in a few months? I realize that I can gain more by reaching my potential naturally, and then taking AAS... but I don't want to get THAT big. I just want an extra 10lbs.

Post your diet and training. 10lbs? Thats easy. You don't need to cycle for that. You need a good diet/training regime.
