not sure if thats a rockin cycle im open for suggestions any names any solid cycle

At 160 lbs what you need is ChickenRoids, TunaRoids, SteakRoids, VegiRoids and FruitRoids. Yes it's true, you need REAL food, not steroids unless you dont mind gaining some weight then loosing it faster than you gained it once you are off cycle and it mostly being water. If you cant eat to gain you wont gain or maintain.

Yes it's now what you want to hear but anyone telling you different is lying to you and looking to make a buck off of you and just dont care.

a. go to the gym
b. spend the next 2 years in researching these drugs you want to put into your body.
c. work on your diet
d. and in a few years time you'll be able to plan your own cycle.

No he is right, you need at least another 2 years in the gym. 2 years is only a warm up and does not make you ready for aas. Your stats prove you are not ready and the stuff you are looking at are mostly pro hormones probably because they are not steroids. You need to gain a LOT more knowledge as well as natural size before considering doing a cycle. Stay away from GNC or whoever is trying to sell you this crap and stick around to learn what will really help you, none steroid related.

Yeah it's not what you want to hear but do you really want to know what is the right way to do things or just have someone blow smoke up your aas.

When I was your age I was had the same stats but I had been working out a LOT longer. I THOUGHT my diet was good also. I was wrong. You can easily get up to 180+ with diet and training alone.

Your starting next week??? U asked for advice and no one gave you any on your cycle, including: dosages and compounds!! So what are you taking? how much? for how long? And what is your PCT plan??

If u don't want advice, why did you start a thread asking for it, if you won't listen? You need to do a lot more research about what your putting into your body and how your body will react! I started a cycle when I was young, didn't do a whole cycle, come off and it took me a good few months to fully recover, couldn't get a boner for about a month straight, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!

Your 72kg follow what lovbyts says and sort your diet out plus you are doing to many compounds for a first cycle,going by what your posting your doing this cycle I think you will be disapointed big time

In other words you want to piece meal the advice, only take the parts you want and ignore the rest? Sounds like any/all our advice is wasted at this point since you are just ignoring the most important points of the fact you are not ready to cycle.
