How do I go about bringing down a lab that scammed me?

I don't want to report them to the cops I just want to make sure no one ever buys this crap they are selling! and I want to make it well known to steer clear of this ugl!

I dont expect it would go down any way because like I said i don't want to give the impression I think I could go to the cops....Im trying to warn people about this shiitty asss ugl! wouldn't want to see anyone eles get scammed. I'm not new to this just pissed I got ripped off! the rep was a guy I know very well so for him to rip me off I am super pissed!
