actually i have worked out for 8 years straight and let my self go for a year i worked out for 4 months before starting it heres a pic of my arm from before the cycle and also i have a good diet going for this cycle......

did you run an ai? always thought test only made you put on quite a bit of water weight
also, what was your diet like?

well test prop dosen't really give you any water most of ur gains from prop u keep and yes i will post some pics at the end

with regards to an a.i. then armidex or aromasin, letro is too little room for error with doses and chances are you will do more harm than good
start doing heavy shrugs also, if you are already doing them then do more lol but all in all a not bad improvement, i agree you started way to soon but fvck it, keep up the good work

Not to throw a spanner in te works, but I'd do some reading to see if you really want to take it to 12 weeks. The advantage of short esters (prop) is that you don't have to run as long as you would with something like enanthate. From my research, 8 weeks will suffice...
yeah i was going for 8 weeks but i got 2 extra vials laying around and i heard people saying after 8 weeks u start to see more muscle gains and easier to keep the gains
Interesting, I haven't come across that. I hear quite the opposite - even with longer esters that the gains flatten out after week 8. I stopped my cycle of sust at week 10 because I wasn't seeing any more gains. Will be interesting to see what others think...
