    capebuffalo I used to eat whatever. But form last 2 months, I have been really strict with my diet(i eat at least 6 meals a day), went from 157 to 170 in that time frame.

    My sample diet looks like this:
    7:30- 1.5scoop protein, 1/2 cup instant oatmeal, 1 scoop peatnut butter, 12 oz milk(1% milk) - all in a blender(more like a weight gainer)
    10:00- ~1-2 whole egg, 4-6 egg whites, 1/2 cut cooked oatmeal, one whole grain bagel with butter, sometime a cup of plain yougurt
    12:30 ~ two whole wheat bread, one can of tuna with light mayo, 12 oz milk(1% milk blended with blueberries or raspberries)
    2:30 ~ 1 scoop protein pwder in 12 oz milk, with pasta and beeforchicken or brown rice or something like that(usually a leftover from last night), an apple--30-45 mins before workout
    4:30 ~ 2 scoop protein pwder, eod i drink raw 8 egg whites with it, a banana
    5:30 ~ 1 scoop protein powder with water and 1 serving of peanut butter
    7:00 ~ oh yeah protein bar with 30grams of protein
    9:00 ~ dinner (500 grams of grilled chicken with salad and pasta)
    10:30 ~ 1 scoop of prtein before bed with 1 cup of cottage cheese

    I might be missing few items on the above list.

    With this sample diet i take:
    controlled labs vitamin 1 dose(split two times 6 tabs)
    oxi mega fish oil(2 cap with 3 meals)
    c4 pre workout
    creatine mono hydrate
    xtend intra workout
    On whey and myofusion

    I am thinking about adding more supplements according to Jim Stoppani 12 weeks shortcut to size program.
    Sorry i can't post urls, please search jim stoppani 12 weeks program on bb.com. I am sure you guys are familiar with that one.

    I was thinking about doing this 12 week program with this cycle.

    I understand what you guys mean, although I don't wanna be a professional body builder nor do i like 10 thousand veins sticking out of my arms. What i thought was that my current body weight is (170), I will gain around ~20lbs after cycle, and then probably keep at least 10 after pct.
    I think 180-185 would be the ideal weight for me.

    I personally like an "Abercrombie Model" look, just wanted to be in shape/cut.

    ^^ This is what i was thinking, my side of the story lmao!!

    finally, I know you guys care about guys like me. I really appreciate that, thats why i like this forum.
