    i would continue as you are supposed to next week. Think of it as a frontload

    No the guy last week only doubled his dose not triple it. I would keep on schedule with the pinning.

    Very good advice, IMO. Many people do what you did on purpose, to get the levels of test up quicker. What type of test is it? prop, cyp, or E?
