If its 200mcg per ml. Start with 2/10ths of a ml this equates to 20mcg. Its literally a couple drops. Don't be stupid...its strong shit. Be smart..you will feel it....i know it seems minute...but a little dab will do

???????? If .5 ml is 100 mcg then .2 ml would be closer to 40 mcg, wouldnt it? .25 would be half of .5 so .25 should be 50 mcg I think
