Thread: When is a good time to start cardio after a cycle ?

    Why can't you do cardio now? You won't lose muscle while doing cardio. You only lose muscle when on a severe calorie deficit, inadequate protein and your body doesn't have any fat to burn. Your body wants to burn off that fat so keep training hard and keep your diet clean and add in that cardio.

    My reasoning from what Ive been reading is that because of lowered testostrone levels and raised cortisol levels a person can be in a catabolic state much easier during pct.

    So this shouldn't be a worry ?

    Yes it IS a worry.
    keep cals up, not too low during PCT, and go LIGHT on the cardio

    Not true, he is in PCT the WORST time to try and trim up.
